The Rockville Centre UFSD is seeking candidates for our evening Regents/Final Assessment Program.We are looking for certified individuals to teach: Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Living Environment, Earth Science, Chemistry and Physics. The program runs on the following dates from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at South Side High School in Rockville Centre.Mondays & Wednesdays: May 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 31, June 5 & June 7th is a make-up day due to teacher absence.Tuesdays &Thursdays: May 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, June 1 and June 6th is a make-up day due to teacher absence. US History DatesMondays & Wednesdays: April 17, 19, 24, 26, May 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17 & May 22nd is a make-up day due to teacher absence.Tuesdays & Thursdays: April 18, 20, 25, 27, May 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18 & May 23rd is a make-up day due to teacher absence. Teachers will be paid $63.25 per hour. Each class runs for 2.0 hours and you will be compensated an additional ½ hour for preparation. Total compensation for each class will be $158.13, making a total of $1,581.25 for the ten sessions.
