Good knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices and techniques; good knowledge of therapeutic equipment and adaptive devices, including their selection, safe use, customization and maintenance; ability to develop, implement and adapt occupational therapy techniques to meet individualized goals; ability to observe, document and report individual progress and outcomes; ability to perform evaluations and assessments; ability to provide work guidance to others; ability to understand and carry out complex oral and written instructions; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
