Rockland BOCES has an immediate vacancy in our Adult Education program. POSITION: Data Coordinator for Rockland Works Career Center Grant Funded Program Responsibilities:Follow established systems for data collection and data input; and update when necessaryMonitor data for Rockland Works Career Center programs through various databases and reports, including the One-Stop Operating System (OSOS), in order to run reports to find errors and keep data organizedComplete state mandated reports as defined by the WIOA and NYSDOL guidelinesWork closely with the Director to verify whether accountability benchmarks are being metOversee mandated surveying, data collection and data entry as required by the programsTrain Rockland Works staff in data entry and performance reportingReview both hard and OSOS records for Individual Training Award (ITA) funded customers to maintain consistency and accurate data entryPrepares documents for quarterly and annual audits by the Workforce Development Board and NYSDOLOther duties as established by administration QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field such as School Counseling, School Psychology, Education or Social Work preferred. NYSED certification in area listed or Adult Education Certification required. Experience in the Workforce Development field is a plus. Experience with data systems preferred.
