Riverhead is a large (2000-plus), diverse public high school located in beautiful eastern Long Island. The unit is active in drill, air rifle, orienteering, academics and community service. Support from the local community, building leadership and the Riverhead Central School District is superb. Riverhead NJROTC has been awarded Distinguished Unit with Academic Honors for the past four years. Position is a 12-month contract.
