Special Education Itinerant ProviderTo Provide CPSE Special Education Services in the community. Current need for two (2) hours weekly, but likely to increase to up to ten (10) hours per week.The Rhinebeck Central School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated certified Special Education Teacher to provide community based preschool special education itinerant services to students in the community pre-school setting up to ten hours weekly. This individual will offer their pedagogical expertise, and creative problem solving, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others to meet the needs of our youngest students with disabilities.Responsibilities:Maintain a schedule of service delivery in accordance with IEP.Provide quarterly progress reports on IEPDirect and ensure these are provided to parents/guardians within timelines.Attend CPSE meetings and complete necessary sections of the IEP, reporting on the student present levels of performance, recommending goals, and service.Collaborate with service providers and teachers.Maintain accurate and confidential student records, progress notes, and documentation of services provided.Qualifications: Certified to teach preschool special education services in NYS.Salary: Salary as per RTA Contract: $60.00 per hourInterested parties are to submit a written letter of interest, resume, NYSED certification and three current professional references preferably through OLAS, or mail to:Rhinebeck Central School DistrictEmily Davison, Director of Pupil Personnel Services48 Knollwood RoadP.O.
