Looking for a dynamic and energetic Social Worker who is passionate about supporting the relationship between families and Staff. Candidates should offer support in social-emotional health and crisis management in various contents, including virtually and in-person. The responsibilities for this position include: Supporting buildings within the district as needed; Supporting coordination between classroom teachers, families, Student Support staff members and students; Completing other social work tasks as needed by Student Support Services administrators; Working collaboratively with Leaders, Student Support team; Conducting individual and group counseling when needed; Linking families with community support; Facilitating home-school connections; Helping students develop positive coping skills and success strategies. QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Certification - NYSED Social Worker; candidates in processof certification should apply; licensed Master of Social Work
