The Red Creek Central School District is seeking a 21st CCLC Project Director. This is a Long Term Substitute, Per Diem, Probationary position that is Grant Funded through 6/30/2027.The 21st CCLC is directly responsible for the oversight of programs and operations for the 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant under the guidelines of the 21st CCLC Grant. The primary focus of the role will be coordination of programs development and implementation; staff development, data reporting, and budget management for the after-school program. The purpose of the grant is to improve academics, attendance, behavior, promotion rates, and graduation rates through the implementation of the Community ARCH model.The Site Coordinator will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction.Compensation: Up to $60,000 depending on experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeAt least one year of grant-related experienceKnowledge of afterschool and summer program operations, methods, and regulationsKnowledge of fiscal management practices and proceduresExcellent interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills.
