Beginning 7/1/23 - Questar III BOCES has two full-time Building Maintenance Worker positions available based at our site in Troy, NY and our location in Greene County – Marilyn A. Noonan School in Durham, NY. This position will provide construction and building maintenance services for all Questar III BOCES owned facilities. Candidate will provide scheduled maintenance of building equipment; installation and service of equipment and materials; design of small construction and maintenance projects; procure and install equipment/materials; respond to emergency calls at all Questar owned facilities and conduct snow removal as required. Candidates must have current skills and knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Valid NYS driver’s license required. High school diploma or equivalent and minimum three (3) years job related construction or building maintenance experience is required. Previous facility maintenance experience and knowledge preferred.Questar III prefers an online application.
