Beginning 9/1/23 - Questar III BOCES is seeking a part time (.2) Physics teacher at the Questar III and HVCC STEM High School, located on HVCC campus. This position will be working collaboratively with other teachers to develop and deliver project-based learning in cross-curricular lessons with an emphasis on STEM. This position will work to provide physics instruction to 11th grade students to prepare them for college level physics courses required for their degree pathway. Candidates that have experience teaching college level physics are ideal candidates. STEM HS will be in its third year and serves high school students throughout the capital region. Students earn their high school diploma while also working toward earning their Associates degree in a STEM field from HVCC. Innovative teachers who enjoy working in a team environment are ideal candidates.
