Beginning 9/1/23 - Questar III BOCES announces a vacancy for a full-time probationary Science Teacher to support Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Career Studies (CS) students located at our CTE schools. The Science Teacher provides effective instruction and support in CTE and CS curricular areas; utilizes various instructional resources and technologies; demonstrates knowledge of the teaching/learning process; develops and modifies instructional plans and materials to meet the needs of a diverse student population to deliver 3rd year science course content to 11th and 12th grade students. Must hold current New York State certification in Science 7-12 (General Science, Earth Science, Biology, Physics and/or Chemistry considered). Preferred applicants will have experience delivering instruction in a Career and Technical Education setting.
