Starting Immediately - Questar III BOCES announces a vacancy for a full-time probationary Teaching Assistant position for our Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building Trades class located in Hudson, NY. The Building Trades program prepares students for entry-level positions in the construction, facilities maintenance and the custodial fields. Students in the program will complete group projects that are work-based in nature, involve problem solving, utilize hands-on skills and will benefit the school and local communities. This position will assist under the direction of a certified CTE Teacher in the delivery of instruction and management of classroom behaviors. Minimum Qualifications: NYS Teaching Assistant certification (or willingness to become certified) required at time of hire.
