Starting 9/1/22 - Questar III BOCES announces a vacancy for a full-time probationary Special Education Teacher position located at Rensselaer Academy in Rensselaer, NY. Questar III special education programs focus on developing social skills, conflict resolution and problem solving in addition to academics. Students also participate in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), a school-wide behavior management system, as well as behavioral Response to Intervention (RTI).Proper NYS Students with Disabilities certification required. All levels (SWD 1-6, 5-9, or 7-12) of Students with Disabilities certified applicants are encouraged to apply .
