Questar III BOCES announces full-time Special Education Teacher vacancies for our 2022 Special Education Extended School Year Summer School. Classes run from July 7 to August 17, with a full day orientation on July 6. Summer School locations will include George Washington School, Rensselaer Academy, Sackett Educational Center, Paul Puccio School at Maple Hill and Catskill Academy. Summer School Teacher vacancies are in the following locations:George Washington ElementaryRensselaer AcademySackett Education CenterProper NYS Students with Disabilities (SWD) 1-6 or secondary SWD 5-9 or 7-12 certification required (candidates currently finishing a Teacher prep program are encouraged to apply). Preferred candidates will have strong classroom management skills, experience working with a building wide behavioral system, and a strong literacy background.
