~ Community Opportunity Resilience Empowerment ~Speech Language TherapistAnticipated Part-Time Position - .50 FTEResponsibilities:The Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for a speech therapy provider to deliver mandated individual and group speech/language services to students grades K-12. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of developmental language and learning needs as well as appropriate interventions and strategies for students with a range of disabilities; and highly effective delivery of mandated individual and group speech/language services.Qualifications:Appropriate NYS Speech certification required.Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.Experience working with AAC devices preferred.Salary:Salary is as per the PVFT collective bargaining agreement. The below salary range will be prorated for this .50 position.
