~ Community Opportunity Resilience Empowerment ~Certified Teaching Assistant 1:1 Anticipated PositionThe Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for a certified teaching assistant to provide provide 1:1 instructional (direct or indirect) services to students with disabilities under the general supervision of a certified teacher. This probationary appointment is anticipated for April 2024.Level I, II or III New York State Teaching Assistant Certification preferred. Experience working with children is also desirable. Salary is as per the CSEA collective bargaining agreement. Salary Range is:Level I - $25,598 - $36,690;Level II - $27,731 - $38,477; orLevel III - $32,640 - $44,879.Excellent health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
