ENL Teacher(English as New Language) (.8 ES, .2 MS)The Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for an ENL teacher to provide instructions to students grades kindergarten through 8th grade. This probationary appointment is anticipated for September 2023. Responsibilities: Providing instruction to non-English speaking students, anticipated grades K-8. Planning and delivering lessons; designing and producing teaching materials; assess student performance and progress; keep records; coordinate with fellow teachers, assistants and other professionals; attending meetings; provide advice in developing lesson plans, and perform other tasks assigned.New York State TESOL Certification required.
