The Director of Pupil Personnel Services shall have the responsibility for coordinating and developing the special education program for the district and have the responsibility for developing, in coordination with administration and faculty, the curriculum in special education from grades K-12. Such person shall also be responsible for the evaluation of special education programs and reporting such evaluations to faculty and administration.
