MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Two (2) years of full-time work experience in the repair and maintenance of automotive vehicles and/or construction or heavy equipment.NOTE: Courses in automotive mechanics and repair may be substituted for a maximum of one (1) year of experience. Thirty (30) credit hours are equivalent to one (1) year of experience.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Possession of a valid CDL New York State Driver License at time of appointment and the ability to obtain Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (willing to train).
