Qualification: NYS Registered Nurse License required. Good knowledge of nursingprinciples and techniques, ability to deal with students sympatheticallyand tactfully. A valid NYS Registered Nurse License, CPR/AED, First Aid,Concussion certificates and NYSED Fingerprint clearance. Experiencepreferred. Responsibilities: Assess/treat student illness and injury.Maintain accurate health records and treatment logs.Update student records accordingly. Follow up of students with chronic health issues and chronic absences.Work with staff to collaborate medical needs. Follow up on student injury and compliance of medical accommodations.
