Coaching experience required at the varsity level. Responsibilities: Organize and be present at practice 5-6 days per week for approximately 2 hours per day Ensure that all aspects of the program comply with the guidelines, rules and policies that have been established by the School District, League, Section, State and National Federation. Develops and communicates criteria for selection to appropriate teams. Develop practice plans and game plans throughout the season designed to maximize and improve student performance in the sport. Maintains discipline and works to increase morale and cooperation within the school sports program while displaying and encouraging sportsmanship. Completes and submits all documents and reports in a timely manner. Represents the PJ District and the Program in a positive manner, and serves as a role model for students. Evaluate coach, team and individual performance to help with personal and team growth. Adjust practice and game plans to the strengths and skills of the team.
