Mattlin Middle SchoolRequired: - Valid New York State Certification in Childhood Education Grades 1-6- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education or related field from an accredited college or university- Demonstrated knowledge of the New York State Learning Standards- Strong classroom management and instructional skills- Experience differentiating instruction to support diverse learners, including ENL students and students with IEP’s- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environmentPreferred: - Master’s degree in education or relevant content area- Experience in data-driven instruction and formative assessment practices- Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom (e.g., Google Workspace for Education, Seesaw, etc.)- Knowledge of SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) frameworks- Experience working collaboratively in grade-level or interdisciplinary teamsSalary: As per contractDeadline to Apply: Thursday, February 12, 2026
