The successful candidate will : Have knowledge of and experience with NYSED Physical Education StandardsImplement engaging lessons that create a positive learning environment for K-12 studentsWork collaboratively with colleagues to create interdisciplinary physical education units of studyPromote a classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and challengedDifferentiate instruction for students with varying learning needs and abilitiesSupport SEL goals and promote character development through active instruction Have particular knowledge of strength and conditioning
