The Peru Central School District expects to appoint up to thirteen (13) individuals to the following position for the 2023 - 2024 school year:Permanent Building Substitute (PBS) TeachersAnticipated Assignment:• DistrictwideResponsibilities May Include:• Deliver instructional plans• Supervise students in all curricular areas• Communicate with corresponding teachers to promote student learning• Provide for student safety and supervision • Other duties fluctuate based on daily needs in the buildingsCompensation: • $130/day, pending annual rate reviewNYS certification and/or experience is preferred.
