Vacancy Open Until FilledCandidates should possess the following qualifications:Strong multi-tasking skillsIndependent, resourceful in completing assigned tasksSolid computer application skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityGood interpersonal skillsAccurate and detailed orientedJob responsibilities include:Administrative support for Assistant Superintendent of Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) including calendar, calls and written communicationUtilize IEP Direct software and STAC portal to track and manage the provision of services for special education students -organize meetings, gather information, track and enter student dataBudget and financial management for the PPS department including analyses of spending, obtaining vendor bids, requisitioning materials, services and supplies using nVision softwareAssistance with managing federal, state and local grants and completing related formsCoordinate tuition contracts with other schoolsDevelop transportation lists for in district and out of district studentsObtain prescriptions for related services for special education studentsPrepare PPS schedules and resolutions for Board of Education meetings Office Hours: 9am-5pm M-F
