Work hours—flexible between normal school hours of 9am-4pm; 20 hours per weekCandidates should possess the following qualifications:Strong multi-tasking skillsIndependent, resourceful in completing assigned tasksSolid computer application skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityGood interpersonal skillsAccurate and detailed orientedJob responsibilities include:Enrolling employees and their dependents in various employee benefit plans (health, dental, vision, life, AD&D)Onboarding new employees with respect to benefits; serves as liaison to employees to explain benefit options and provide enrollment materialsMaintaining benefit records in the accounting records and coordinating with the Payroll Accountant for employee payroll deductionsAnalyzing invoices from benefit providers to ensure accuracy of enrolled participants and appropriateness of rates chargedAdministering COBRA benefitsCoordinating with the Payroll Accountant in maintaining lists of employees entitled to Health Insurance BuyoutsServing as the liaison between employees and benefit providersCoordinating with the Department of Human Resources and reviewing Board of Education meeting minutes to determine when to offer and terminate benefitsCoordinating annual open enrollment process for FSA plans
