The Pelham Public Schools are currently recruiting for per diem 6-12 substitute teachers for the 2021-2022 school year. Bachelor's degree and NYSED fingerprint clearance required. NYS teacher certification preferred. Experience working with children in a classroom or comparable setting required. Substitute Teachers holding New York State Teacher Certification - $200Substitute Teachers no holding New York State Teacher Certification - $185Pelham Retired Teachers - $215These rates apply only to work performed 15 consecutive school days, ignoring breaks in service due to building closures for remote instruction or other school closures. These rates shall be in effect from January 6, 2022 through June 30, 2022. Substitute candidates must be available to work at any assigned school within the district.
