POSITION: School Monitor (Lunch) Substitute(s) Per Diem –Part-Time Availability (PTA) LOCATION/S: Elementary & Secondary Level; District Wide SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: In accordance with the Safe Schools Against Violence in Education (SAVE) legislation, Chapter 180 of the Laws of 2000, and by the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, candidates for appointment in school districts must obtain clearance for employment from the State Education Department prior to employment based upon a fingerprint and criminal history background check.RESPONSIBLE TO: Building Administration: Principal and Assistant Principal/s. WORK DAY/S: Works 3.50 hours per day, up to a maximum of 17.5 hours per week. Follows the ten (10) month school district instructional calendar. SALARY: $17.00 per hour. As worked, without benefits.
