POSITIONS: Permanent Substitute Teachers Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid New York State Elementary Teaching Certification in in a core subject area: Students with Disabilities, ELA, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and/or ESOL OR candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and be pursuing an education certification and enrolled in an Education Graduate Program.
