The Port Chester -Rye UFSD is hiring a Temporary Teacher Aide to work with a student in the elementary level that requires a 1:1 aide until the end of OctoberMinimum Qualifications:Graduation from High School or Equivalency diploma or an equivalent amount of experience and training. Knowledge of working with childrenPlease apply on OLASIn accordance with the Safe Schools Against Violence in Education (SAVE) legislation, Chapter 180 of the Laws of 2000, and by the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education, candidates for appointment in school districts must obtain clearance for employment from the State Education Department prior to employment based upon a fingerprint and criminal history background check. Each new employee must consent prior to employment to a security/background check at their own expense through the State Education Department.
