The coach is responsible for helping student-athletes develop skills, strategies, and physical conditioning to achieve both individual growth and team success.The role emphasizes commitment to fostering player development while supporting a competitive team environment. The assistant coach is expected to model and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive character traits.Responsibilities also include:Assisting in practice planning and executionSupporting athlete safety and well-beingContributing to competition preparation and strategyPromoting a positive and inclusive team cultureStaying informed on the latest coaching techniques, rules, and safety guidelines through clinics and professional development opportunitiesAdditional duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director or building administration.Please note: This position is contingent upon student enrollment.
