To instruct student-athletes in individual and team fundamentals, strategies and physical training necessary to realize a high degree of individual and team success. To achieve a balance between continued team and player development, while striving for victory are the goals of the middle school coach. The coach is encouraged to attend clinics, workshops and courses to keep abreast of new sport concepts, rules, techniques and regulations.
