Anticipated Vacancy EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION 12 Month Position Effective July 1, 2026 The Oyster Bay - East Norwich Central School District has a vacancy for the position of Executive Director for Curriculum and Instruction. The successful candidate will support the Superintendent of Schools to ensure for the effective operation of the school district, specific to, but not limited to, the following major elements or categories: Curriculum and Instruction: Overseeing K-12 curriculum, instruction and assessment to ensure alignment to NYS Learning Standards Instructional Data: Oversee the use of assessment data to improve student achievement Coordination of Professional Learning: Support the ongoing professional development of school leaders, teachers, and classroom staff to ensure excellence of instructional delivery Plan, develop, direct and implement the immediate and long-range goals of the district’s instructional program Valid New York State Administrative Certification Required.
