Orange-Ulster BOCES is currently seeking a Culinary Teacher to join the Career and Technical Division. This position will follow the school calendar and a Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. schedule. The culinary teacher will provide students with theory and practical instruction in food management. The culinary instructor would be familiar with safety and sanitation, food preparation for commercial and institutional settings, food history, tools and equipment of the trade, and food budgeting. NYS Certification Required.
