The Ossining School District has a vacancy for Assistant Director of Data, Research & Accountability.Responsibilities include:Supervise database manager and data analystOversee student information and assessment dataflow from schools and Infinite Campus to New York State Student Data RepositorySupport MTSS District/ Building Based efforts Prepare Data reports for leadership team and Board of Education Work with buildings on Infinite Campus input needsWork to create Tableau Visualizations and support administrators on using them Work with data team, building and district administrators on verification of dataWork with database manager and data analyst to maintain the integrity of student dataEnsure that State reporting timelines are metProvide data required for grants and state reports on an as needed basisAttend monthly CIO meetings to obtain up-to-date information on NYSED reporting requirements and LHRIC timelines for state reportingCoordinate the transfer of additional data into Infinite CampusCoordinate the development of increased functionality of Infinite Campus (i.e. Parent Portal, Contact Log)Coordinate and maintain the integration of Classlink with District Software and applications.Maintain district compliance with state Ed Law 2D mandatesCreate accounts for administrators and manage access for ConnectED, SEDDAS and LHRIC Level 1 Data warehouseShare NYSED data collection and reporting information with superintendent, central office administrators, and building administratorsVisit NYSED website frequently to access updated informationSchool District Leader certification required.
