A Special Education Teacher is needed for a 8:1:3 Special Class RISE program. Students with Disabilities Birth - Grade 2 or Grades 1-6 or All Grades or Pre-K - Grade 12 certification is required. The 8:1:3 RISE program is a self-contained program that supports students with all classifications. In particular, students with Autism and related communication disabilities are served in this program. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with students with challenging behavior needs is preferred. Bilingual preferred. Probationary position. OTA contractual rate.
