Principal - Oswego High SchoolThe Oswego City School District is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking High School Principal to provide instructional leadership to students, staff and community members. He/she will lead innovative programs that result in attainment of the district’s vision, achievement of school and district goals and improve student performance.• A Communicator who is capable of developing, articulating and implementing the Building’s and District’s goals and plans through written and oral presentations.• A willingness to be Visible, Interactive, and Involved with staff, students and parents, and to collaborate, bringing the community together for the betterment of the school.• Child-centered and an Advocate for learners and their needs.• A Problem Solver who is skilled in identifying and analyzing problems, developing priorities and implementing practical solutions.• Exhibits good judgment, is patient in dealing with others, and has shown evidence of stability and integrity under pressure.• Has a genuine concern for adolescents as demonstrated by listening, being visible and known to them, and involved in their education and activities.• A leadership style that is built upon trust, enthusiasm and compassion.SBL certification requiredAnticipated Salary Range: $115K-120K
