Director of Accountability and Improvement*SDL OR SDA certification requiredDescription: The Director of Accountability and Improvement is charged with providing leadership in instructional assessment, data analysis, grant writing, and any and all local, state, or federal accountability requirements. The Director of Accountability and Improvement supports the administrative team and teachers by implementing state and local assessment programs, analyzing school and district data, and assisting in planning school and district improvement. The Director of Accountability and Improvement will be directly responsible for numerous management software programs including, but not limited to My Learning Plan, SchoolTool, and the New York State business portal. The Director of Accountability and Improvement reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent of Schools.
