Oriskany Central School is seeking a Modified Baseball Coach for grades 7 and 8 to work alongside the existing coach. **Qualifications: ** Candidates must hold a New York State Coaching Certification, which includes the following requirements: -Knowledge of baseball and the fundamentals of baseball - Valid First Aid course accepted by NYS Coaching requirements - Valid Adult CPR certification accepted by NYS Coaching requirements - Child Abuse Identification Workshop - School Violence Intervention and Prevention Workshop - Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) Workshop - Fingerprint Clearance - School District Recommendation - Valid Concussion Management Certificate (preferred) - Previous Coaching Experience (preferred) Please note that the successful candidate will be required to undergo a fingerprint-based background check, the cost of which is $102.50, and will be the responsibility of the candidate.
