High School Diploma. Must be Certified as a Teaching Assistant by New York State and comfortable working with emotionally troubled children. Minimum of one (1) years of experience working with children who have emotional disabilities OR in lieu of experience must have one year of college. Must have good oral and written communication skills, with Wednesdays designated for staff conferences from 3PM to 5PM. Must be willing to work in the cottages all day, if needed, depending on the school schedule during Covid-19.
