The Onteora Central School District seeks an experienced, dynamic, and energetic instructional leader to fill the anticipated vacancy position of Middle School Principal for a 7-8 Building. We seek a visible, participatory leader that fosters a climate of collaboration and trust, and an experienced educator with a strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction. The successful candidate will be skilled with data analysis and data-informed decision making, as well as, a thorough knowledge of the use of technology in the classroom and as an instructional tool.NYS certification as a School Building Administrator is required. The successful candidate should have prior teaching and prior building-level administrative experience.
