2024-2025 School YearTransportation CoordinatorThis is an important administrative position involving responsibility for assisting the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation in coordinating and directing the overall activities of transportation operations at the school district. This title works under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Transportation. A high level of confidentiality must be maintained due to the sensitive nature of some of the work functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either: A. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree; orB. Possession of an Associate’s Degree and two (2) years of experience in transit operations or two (2) years of experience in office management or a senior level clerical position; orC. Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and four (4) years of experience in transit operations or four (4) years of experience in office management or a senior level clerical position; orD. Any equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of A, B, and C aboveNote: Your degree must have been awarded by a college or university accredited by a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education / U.S. Secretary of Education. If your degree was awarded by an educational institution outside of the United States and its territories, you must provide independent verification of equivalency.
