SALARY: $85,000 - $100,000; negociated based on experience and credentialsQUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:- Master's Degree and/or Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership-NYS School Building Leader Certification-Teaching certification in any elementary area (NYS preferred)- A minimum of 5 years teaching experience at the elementary level- Demonstrated experience of improving student achievement and supporting the social-emotional needs of our youngest learnersSKILLS and ABILITIES:- Strong instructional leadership skills with a focus on early childhood learning, early literacy and early math- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community- Collaborative leadership style that empowers others and encourages teamwork- Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform instructional practices- Adept in utilizing technology to enhance teaching and learning- Commitment to and understanding of tiered instructional supports to ensure all students have opportunities to succeed
