Division : Instructional Support Services Location : Main Campus, 110 Elwood Davis Road, Liverpool, NY Duties : OCM BOCES is seeking a dynamic, collaborative Teacher Trainer to provide high-impact professional learning and coaching to educators across the region. This role supports student well-being, engagement, and academic success through a focus on behavior, educator wellness, and inclusive instruction. Emphasis areas include Early Childhood Education support, proactive classroom management, trauma-informed practices, social-emotional learning, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). The Teacher Trainer will have the opportunity to prepare and deliver effective professional learning, coaching, and training sessions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention in Schools (TCIS) is preferred.
