OCM BOCES Adult Education department has the need for a Teacher – Literacy/GED (part-time/25 hours per week) located at the Cortland County Jail and Cortlandville Campus Successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all content areas to incarcerated youth and adults. Instruction to continue high school education and/or prepare students for the GED exam including reading, math, science, social studies, and writing. Literacy staff are responsible for instruction, assessment, paperwork, and student retention. NYS Special Education Certification preferred
