Division: Instructional Support Services – Mid-State Regional Partner CenterLocation: Main Campus, 110 Elwood Davis Road, Liverpool, NYDuties: Provide training and technical assistance on issues related to transition planning and services, transition assessments, and work-based learning. Collaborate with other Specialists of the Mid-State Regional Partnership Center (RPC) and Regional Learning Team to develop and implement action plans through engagement in the process outlined by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) Office of Special Education (OSE). Provide coaching support in school districts identified by NYSED. Maintain accurate records on training and technical assistance to assist in analyzing the effectiveness of the activities, support the needs of the region and inform program reporting to the state. Report on activities regularly to supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master’s Degree is required. Experience providing professional learning (PL) and/or technical assistance (TA). Candidates who have experience with implementation of Early Warning Systems, CDOS Learning Standards, and data-based decision making preferred
