Mid-State Regional Bilingual Education Resource NetworkLocation: Main Campus, 110 Elwood Davis Road, Liverpool, NYDuties: The Coordinator will serve as an instructional leader and provide supervision to the RBERN Team within the Instructional Support Services Team at OCM BOCES. The Coordinator will ensure all technical assistance, professional learning, consultation services and other required services for 126 school districts and 9 BOCES for the purpose of improving programs serving English Language Learners. Qualifications: Coordinator must hold a Master’s degree, valid New York State Certification as anadministrator and valid New York State certification as a teacher of ELLs (teaching certificate in English to Speakers of Other Languages [ESOL], Grades K-12 or its equivalent, or one or more Bilingual Extension Certificates in different languages). Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in educational leadership, including bilingual and ENL education, and a minimum of three (3) years of teaching experience. Outstanding oral and written skills; staff development experience; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; collaborative team player.Salary: Commensurate with experience
