Duties: Provide professional services involving labor relations/personnel consultation to Districts subscribing to the Labor Relations Service. Duties may include, but are not limited to, representation for school districts in collective bargaining, conducting in-service training seminars, and investigating employee disciplinary matters, employee complaints, sexual harassment complaints, and other issues that may require representation in grievances, arbitration, and/or civil service matters. Supervises other Labor Relation personnel as well as overseeing EAP, Substitute Service and Bus Driver Testing programs.Qualifications: Experience in labor relations and negotiations or personnel function, preferably in a school setting. JD preferred. Applicants must possess or be eligible for NYS School District Administrator (SDA) or School District Leader (SDL) certification or meet Civil Service qualifications.Salary: Commensurate with experience.
