OCM BOCES Adult Education program located at the Cortlandville Campus in Cortland, NY has the need for a part-time Patient Advocate Instructor. Successful candidate will be responsible for teaching curriculum designed to prepare participants for work as a Patient Advocate/Community Outreach support. Seeking individual interested in working with students who may have multiple barriers and need support to earn their high school equivalency. Connections within the Cortland Community, a knowledge of HIPAA, experience in healthcare and /or patient advocacy, and experience teaching preferred.
