Successful candidate will provide targeted instruction to students to help them improve specific reading skills such as letter identification and sounds, blending and segmenting, reading accuracy, fluency, and comprehension; Plan and implement high quality, research-based intervention instruction to identified students, individually and/or in small groups; Provide professional development as needed to teachers.
