OCM BOCES has the need for a Cook Manager to be located at the Fabius Pompey CSD and Westhill CSD. Successful candidate will supervise the scheduling and preparation of menu items to meet menu requirements, maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment while ordering supplies as needed, and supervise and participate in the cleaning of kitchen and dining areas. Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare and maintain records of time worked for payroll purposes, daily financial reports, and other reports as needed.
